The Orakei Local Board office is set to open in the Meadowbank Shopping Centre – a pretty central location in a ward that stretches from St Heliers to Ellerslie. The office will be manned during business hours.
As it’s not officially my office, I’m going to ask board chairperson Desley Simpson if I can hold regular Friday constituent clinics there as I promised during the election campaign.
